What is the difference between pro stock and retail sticks?
Pro stock sticks are custom-built for professional players, offering unique specs, reinforced materials, and lower weight compared to standard retail models.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do pro stock hockey sticks come with a warranty?
Because these sticks are manufactured for professional use and sold at a significant discount, they generally do not carry a manufacturer warranty unless otherwise specified.
How can I tell if a stick is the right flex for me?
A general rule is to choose a flex that is roughly half your body weight. However, personal preference and playing style (e.g., defense vs. forward) also play a major role.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, uncut sticks within 30 days of purchase. Please note that once a stick has been taped or used on the ice, it is no longer eligible for return.
