At Pro Stock Hockey Sticks, we stand by the performance of our gear and offer a 30-day return window for unused equipment to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that once a stick has been taped, cut, or used on the ice, it is no longer eligible for a standard return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused stick or gear in its original shipping box, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse confirms the item is in new, sellable condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
